Brian moves goods through his boatyard and lets other people take the risk. The official profile text has not given a brand name the way a sign would. Guides sometimes talk about a marina; this entry stays with the yard Rockstar itself names.
Rockstar's wording: Brian is 'still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori.' Jason lives rent-free at one of Brian's properties in exchange for help with local shakedowns.
Schematic fan maps place the yard in the Leonida Keys, which fits Brian's past in Keys smuggling. No official map exists yet.
